A few things to keep in mind for withdrawals: funds must be withdrawn using the same method used to deposit. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

AQ880 offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free spins, and special event bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms. The general rules are outlined below.
The wagering requirement refers to how many times bonus funds must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. AQ880's wagering requirement is just 3x to 5x — among the lowest in the market. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you only need to place ৳3,000 to ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing.
VIP members' cashback carries no wagering requirement. Gold and Platinum members' monthly bonus has just 1x wagering — meaning one bet is all it takes to withdraw the full amount.
Always review the odds carefully before placing a bet on AQ880. Once you click "Confirm Bet", your bet is final and cannot be changed. Take your time and bet with confidence.
The minimum bet is generally ৳10, and the maximum bet varies by market and event. The maximum bet limit for any given match will be displayed on the odds board.
Once you use the Cash Out feature, you forfeit any further claim on the match result. The Cash Out amount is calculated based on the current state of the match, and once accepted, the decision is final.
AQ880 casino games run on internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is fully automated with no predetermined results.
If a technical error occurs during a game, bets for that round will be voided and stakes refunded. The game provider's rules apply alongside AQ880's rules — both are in effect at all times.
RTP information for each game is available on the game's description page. Slots typically have an RTP of 96%–98%, while Live Casino games tend to be even higher. Publishing this information transparently is aq880's policy.
You can request account closure at any time — it is your right. Notify the support team and your account will be closed within 48 hours. Any pending bets must be settled before closure.
AQ880 may also suspend or close an account on its own initiative in the following cases:
Before closing an account, AQ880 will generally give the member an opportunity to explain. However, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
